Contracts & Enforcement (Chinese law)

From handshake to enforceable contract (CN law).
For this project we formalized the supplier relationship under a Chinese-law supply agreement with clear QC gates (PPI/DuPro/PSI), AQL levels, and CAPA timelines. Tooling ownership and IP-safe usage are explicitly defined (NNN/NDA), and penalties for late delivery or non-conformity are built in. Payment is milestone-based (deposit → PSI pass → balance), tied to evidence packs (photos/video, inspection reports). Disputes fall under local jurisdiction to keep enforcement practical. This is how we protect the project in China while keeping speed and accountability high — before a single unit ships.
How Does it Work?
Kickoff & scope → Contracting under Chinese law (NNN if needed → Purchase Contract + Annexes; Chinese law & venue; signature + company chop) → Samples & acceptance (golden sample + AQL) → Pre-shipment QC (PSI with AQL; QC report) → Enforcement & handover (per contract; to export/logistics) [Optional on-demand: Factory Audit before PO / DUPRO in process → audit report + CAPA].

Often slow and costly to enforce. For speed and certainty we use Chinese-law contracts, Chinese as the controlling language, venue in China, and company chop — so disputes are handled locally, generally faster than international mediation/arbitration. -
Can you coordinate lab tests?
Yes, on demand; results are referenced in the contract annexes.
