This is not a quotation request and no commitment is created at this stage.
The goal is decision clarity, risk visibility and correct project setup.
You may complete this form in your preferred language.
Submissions are reviewed in English using internal translation tools to ensure accurate execution alignment.
How the process works?
Step 1 – Project context & intent
Define what the project is, where it currently stands, and what outcome you expect.
Step 2 – Project details & technical context (optional, but recommended for accurate execution planning)
Provide technical inputs, references or supporting materials, if available.
Step 3 – Risk & execution focus
Identify where you see risks and where you expect SHAMANA to support execution, compliance or control.
Step 4 – Company & contact information
Register the legal entity and key contacts required to formalize the project and ensure correct documentation.
Step 5 – Optional operational contacts
Accounting and logistics contacts can be added now or later, before invoicing or shipment.
What happens after submission?

Your project is registered internally and assigned a Project ID.

Our team reviews the information and validates the execution scope.

You will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps and project handling flow.
All information is treated confidentially and used strictly for project execution, documentation and compliance purposes.
