We open production in qualified plants, stabilize the pilot run, then scale across multiple factories while keeping specs, tolerances, and documentation consistent.

For sensitive products, we design an IP-safe architecture: each factory makes only a subset (sub-assemblies/components), under NNN/NDA and contract clauses. Final assembly happens in a controlled plant we know and supervise.
Result: suppliers can’t reproduce your full product, and you keep your margin and market lead. -
