Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Service This service refers exclusively to a one-hour online consulting session provided by SHAMANA Sourcing, focused solely on answering questions related to the process of importing from China. The consultation may include: General guidance on sourcing procedures Overview of logistics, customs, and compliance Risk factors in import operations Clarifications on documentation or Incoterms Strategic insights regarding working with suppliers AI-assisted explanations via our YoSHA Assistant Important: This consultation does not include: Supplier verification or factory audits Procurement or price negotiation Sample checking or order follow-up Any other operational sourcing service 2. Payment Terms The consulting fee is fixed at 3,220 RMB per session Payment must be completed in advance via Alipay. Please see the QR code. Sessions will be scheduled only upon confirmation of payment 3. Scheduling & Delivery The consultation is held online, via video call or messaging platform, as mutually agreed It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the scheduled time. Delays beyond 10 minutes without notice may result in cancellation without refund 4. Legal Disclaimer The session is advisory in nature and does not constitute any legal or contractual sourcing engagement SHAMANA Sourcing is not liable for any decisions or transactions made by the client based solely on the consultation 5. Further Engagement Clients interested in supplier sourcing, quality inspections, contract drafting, or logistics coordination must enter a separate service agreement with SHAMANA Sourcing.
