2017 → 2025. The story goes on.This year, SHAMANA turns 8. For us, eight means longevity, stability, strength, and growth—exactly what our clients expect from a sourcing partner they can trust.
Over the past eight years, we’ve built a system that blends European management and China on-the-ground execution: supplier vetting, contract enforcement, on-site QC, and logistics that land on time. Why the number 8 matters
Infinity & balance. Visually, 8 mirrors the ∞ symbol—two balanced loops: foundation and growth. It reminds us that lasting results need both discipline and ambition.
Numerology (Western lens). In common numerology, 8 resonates with power, stewardship, material success, and accountability—turning results into responsibility. That describes our next cycle: scale with rigor, not shortcuts.
Chinese perspective. In Chinese culture, 8 (bā) is famously auspicious because it echoes fā—to prosper. It appears in lucky dates and business symbols, and in feng shui the “eight” energy is linked with stability and mastery(think mountains/grounding). For a sourcing company, that translates into steady operations, clear SOPs, and predictable outcomes.
